Cows get no respect. They don't. Who can honestly say they respect cows? I know I can't really say I do. I don't even know why I'm thinking of cows right now. I just saw some commercial for a movie 'Buying The Cow' or something like that. The title isn't what made me think about the unappreciated four-legged animal. It was the commercial itself. It showed shots of cows in a perfect green pasture. Close-up shots. Which means the camera man had to get right in the cow's face. And I thought, What other animal would put up with that? Only a cow.

They just stand there and take it. You look up the word and you find one of the definitions is an insult:

Noun: A large unpleasant woman

How's that for respect, eh? Like Rodney Dangerfield says, "No respect. No respect I tell ya." What if they banded together in protest?
