Weekend ...pretty good. I'd planned on the usual nothing. The most ...going into the city and drinking cheap beer with Husani and rant about how much guys suck until I was drunk enough to hate myself and go home. All that changed when Husani called not long after my last entry. He was hanging out with a friend, Jami, David, this guy from Maryland and asked if I wanted to come along. We met outside Port Authority and headed downtown. Had dinner at Tiffany's and then just walked around he village. Nothing was planned really. That quickly annoyed Husani and I. More so when Husani's friend, Jami met some guys he knew and decided to stop and talk to them. Ignoring who he was already with.

Jami had this bright idea for all of us to hang out. The guys were around 18 so bars was out of the question. I wanted alcohol. Husani and I joked about just leaving everyone and going off to drink. Well ... half-joked. I ducked into a porn shop and pulled Husani with me while Jami and the others stood outside deciding what they wanted to do. I was not about to babysit.

We ended up saying good night to the two new guys. The rest of us went over to Monster. David's only 20 but had no problem getting in. Embarrassingly enough, Husani and I got carded. The place was pretty packed. Lots of alcohol first and we were ready to go downstairs to do some dancing. Well, Husani needed alcohol before going downstairs. I have no idea why because he's a pretty good dancer. Jami ... uh, Jami has much to be desired there. It was pretty cool though. I danced with Husani, a little bit with Jami and a lot on and all over David. Wasn't long before this older white guy started smiling at me, came over and started dancing. I had no problem with him. I probably shouldnt've but I started dancing really close to him, rubbing against him. He had a hardon.

I left to use the bathroom and while waiting in line, the guy I was (I guess cockteasing) dancing with, showed up. He flirted and asked something I didn't even hear. I said something like, I'm going back downstairs soon. When I got back he was dancing and making out with someone. I was glad. After more dancing, David sandwiched between Husani and I, I headed back upstairs and waited at the bar for the others. We left Monster soon after.

Jami had planned on driving David back to his hotel in Connecticut. It was around 4am. I was probably the only one left in any sort of condition to drive. David was drunk and yelling Tina Turner songs. Jami was drunk and encouraging him. Husani was drunk and giggling. We walked around a bit so they could all sober up a little. I saw this really cute guy with a straw hat and asked him where he got it. He said some place in Jersey. A few minutes later, he caught up to me, smiled and said I could have it if I wanted. I thought that was really sweet of him.

The group decided that we'd head back to Tiffany's and have coffee before attempting to drive anywhere. Left there and took the train to Harlem to get Jami's car. Harlem. At 5am, I was taking a train to Harlem. Probably begging to get my ass kicked. David's cuteness wore off quickly in daylight. He transformed into this annoying brat thug (is that even possible?) who I wanted to smack around.

We all drove to Connecticut and slept for a few hours in David's room. Cheap seedy motel. Cliche-ish thick drapes and the sounds of people having sex on the other side of the wall. Husani and I slept in the bed across from Jami and David. David telling Jami every other second to leave him alone. That he wasn't getting 'mandingo'. Yeah, you heard me. Sleep for me could not come soon enough yet I was the first one up.

Drove back to the city a little after 11. David wanted to see the World Trade Center site, which burned Husani and I up. More so when we saw the hawkers on the street. Why the hell would anyone want a 'Terror!' book? I don't know whose ass I want to kick harder. The hawkers or the tourists who buy their stuff.

We needed breakfast. Jami suggested McDonald's. The thought of the grease made me feel ill. Husani and I ditched them and went over to Starbucks. Met up a while later, drove around and then walked around the West Village. Husani and I had had more than enough of Jami's indecisiveness. We said our goodbyes to David and walked to Flavorpill. Dropping by my favorite thrift shop on the way. Got home, took a shower and a really good nap.
