I was totally buzzed earlier but it's worn off. I went to this small party at Husani's office. I went right over when I got back from White Plains. Got up there around 11 this morning. I slept almost the whole way on the train. The day was pretty good. Good sushi for lunch.
I just thought of this guy I saw sucking thumb on train last night. He had to be at least 20. All thug-looking, Timberlands, baseball cap, sitting in the corner sucking his thumb. He'd probably kick someone's ass if they teased him. I knew a guy in highschool who used to suck his sometimes. It's cute/funny/disturbing to watch. I used to suck my thumb ... but I quit at like in the first grade.
Richie gave me this nice gift. This soup cup and plate with tons of chocolates and sweets in the cup. Really sweet of him. But ... really awkward to carry. This woman at the White Plains train station told me how cute it was. I was tempted to say, "You want it?" Good thing I got a bag when I got to the party. I would've dropped it for sure after that vodka with cranberry juice. With ... more vodka than cranberry juice. Made it myself. Don't trust me with alcohol.
It's frustrating that I still haven't gotten that check from Keri. On the train to White Plains this morning, I thought about writing to my grand parents and sending them some money. Well not for Christmas again ... but for the new year? It's frustrating that next Tuesday is Christmas and I won't be able to buy anything. I wanted to get Husani and a couple other people something. Nothing big. Not like a Volkswagen Beetle or anything. And of course, it's frustrating that I won't be able to get that minidisc player for Christmas.
